Overview
Responsibilities
As a Mentor – Community Service Projects (Give@Work Vertical)
- Works closely with the Site Director to:
- Promote involvement beyond daily work duties
- Encourage volunteering (e.g., feeding the poor, orphanages, shelters, schools, Haven for Hope)
- Support local charity organizations (e.g., Habitat for Humanity)
- Support local faith communities (e.g., churches, missions, donations)
- Recognize volunteers
- Promote Boys and Girls Club
- Obtain Sacré Coeur TEFL certification in English as a second language (where necessary)
As a Manager – Donations Program
- Reviews and supervises documentation for donation requests
- Analyzes cases individually
- Proposes and decides on donations in coordination with the Chairman & Chief Mission Officer
- Follows up on donation processing and delivery
- Maintains testimonial evidence (photos, receipts, etc.)
Budget and Reports / KPIs Tracking
- Prepares and consolidates the annual budget with the global team
- Reviews monthly budgets and approves requirements in the PS
- Controls budgets per site
- Prepares Mission Office Monthly Expenses Report
- Prepares various reports (finance, travel, expenses)
- Tracks cost savings and participates in related meetings
- Tracks KPIs
Administrative Tasks
- Manages travel arrangements and expenses for the Corporate team
As Messenger
- Promotes the Mission Office image
- Represents the Mission’s values and vision
- Maintains strategic relationships with local/national government bodies and international NGOs
- Represents the Mission to charitable organizations
- Handles public relations with His Way at Work network, churches, and other institutions
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Philosophy, or any related science course
- Experience: 5+ years in a related field
