Overview

Job Title: Recruiter II (Sr. Recruiter)

Role: Recruiter II

Responsibilities

Main Objectives and Duties:

  1. Manages Recruitment & Selection (R&S) Area

    • Ensures compliance with recruitment KPIs.
    • Organizes recruitment team activities to meet goals.
    • Ensures hiring of the right talent through appropriate sourcing strategies.
  2. Ensures Application and Follow-up of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedures

    • Supervises day-to-day recruitment operations.
    • Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
    • Reviews and updates recruitment procedures as needed.
    • Implements enhancements to recruitment processes.
    • Recommends strategies to increase headcount.
  3. Enhance Company Branding

    • Facilitates educational tours as required.
    • Coordinates with universities for placement and other school activities.
    • Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities aligned with company goals and market trends.
    • Conceptualizes sourcing collaterals.
  4. Achieve ≥5% Conversion Rate

    • Monitors hires from various sourcing strategies.
    • Identifies and reviews low-yielding sourcing channels.
    • Recommends initiatives to improve productivity of underperforming strategies.
    • Enhances social networking capabilities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Preferred Background: Diploma in HR or related area.
