Role: Programmer, Applications 

This role involves development, support, and strategic configuration of Workforce Software as part of HR and Payroll system projects. The programmer collaborates with stakeholders and application specialists, ensuring quality assurance, testing, and defect resolution to meet business needs.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist clients in collecting design requirements.
• Design and deliver high-quality solutions via system configuration.
• Understand and apply application support to business processes.
• Facilitate integration between Workforce Software and other modules.
• Document system configuration and business processes (BRD, SDD).
• Transfer knowledge to customers for ongoing support.
• Provide best practice guidelines based on standard functionality and extensions.
• Support business users by resolving application errors and data discrepancies.
• Configure and maintain platform and custom applications.
• Influence processes and policies related to application management.
• Mentor team members and define acceptance tests for new functionalities.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Skills and Experience Required

• Ability to configure the Time and Attendance module in Workforce Software.
• Support leadership and sales in scoping and project assessments.
• Manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Process-oriented with a disciplined mindset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in configuring Workforce Software Time and Attendance.
• Up-to-date T&A Configuration certifications (2017 onward or Delta exam).

Additional Skills

• Customizations and extensions for Time and Attendance functionality.
• Demonstrate Workforce Software functionality via online or in-person demos.
• Integration or reporting specialist experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of MSSQL / MYSQL is a plus.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Mentoring capabilities.
• At least 3 implementations of Workforce Software Time and Attendance in the US preferred.
• Experience with Cloud Payroll / SAP Payroll or other Time Management solutions is a bonus.
