Work Schedule: Night Shift (Philippine time, weekdays only)

Role Overview
We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Audience Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s marketing team. This remote role focuses on market research, prospect outreach, attendee experience, and supporting marketing efforts to drive event participation. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working U.S. hours.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights
• Support the marketing team by reviewing and providing feedback on marketing plans
• Implement initiatives to enhance the onsite attendee experience, including orientation programs
• Research and develop prospect lists to expand event reach and engagement
• Collaborate with brand marketing leads to create pipelines and promote event participation
• Conduct direct outreach to prospective and returning attendees via phone and email
• Track and report attendee objections, FAQs, and feedback to inform future campaigns
• Assist with logistics of VIP and scholarship attendee programs, including coordination with travel agents and pre-event communications

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing support, sales outreach, or customer engagement preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong research and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with direct outreach (phone/email) and data tracking
  • Tech-savvy; experience with CRM systems or marketing platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and during U.S. business hours (Philippine night shift)

Working Hours

Fully remote

Local night shift (aligned with U.S. time zones)

Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
