GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Asset Recovery:
- Coordinate, improve, and streamline Qualfon’s worldwide process for asset recovery.
- Work closely with Facilities, IT, HR, Legal, and other involved departments.
- Serve as the go-to person for information regarding processes in different countries.
- Refine and streamline asset tracking and recovery processes to align with industry standards.
PEZA & LGU Role:
- Support planning and coordination of PEZA and LGU (local government) permit requirements (business, sanitary, mayor’s permits).
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices.
- Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
- Manage communications with internal stakeholders.
- Foster positive relations within the team and with external parties.
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendas.
- Ensure proper use of technology for operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.).
- Prepare paperwork and order materials.
- Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
- Support growth and program development.
- Ensure Qualfon is compliant with PEZA and LGU permits.
Process Improvement & Standardization:
- Own the PEZA and LGU permit processes, ensuring standardization across all sites.
- Lead resolution of audit points by collaborating with department heads.
- Lead special projects as necessary.
