General Description:
This position is responsible for developing high-quality courses for online and hybrid environments for the training department across the organization. It works closely with the Vice President of Training and supervises the curriculum team. Additional responsibilities include instructional design support, consultation, needs-based training, best practices guidance, compliance support, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and conduct workshops for new content designs or programs.
- Coordinate and implement curriculums.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop online courses that meet quality assurance standards.
- Supervise and ensure the quality of work produced by the Instructional Design team.
- Review coursework for training requirements.
- Proofread, approve, and maintain curriculum developed by the team.
- Analyze learner performance data to improve retention.
- Assess and discuss curriculum standards with stakeholders.
- Design onboarding curriculum for new hires.
- Recommend teaching techniques and new technologies.
- Develop procedures for facilitators to implement curriculum.
- Mentor or coach the Instructional Design team.
- Coordinate project plans and track progress.
- Review and approve course content in client LMS.
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Business Development teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
