Job Summary
General Description:
This role serves as the primary source of impact assessment and quantification for most issues and change requests (RFC) across the company. The individual must be highly knowledgeable about TracFone’s business lines, processes, systems, databases, and reporting tools. They ensure consistent evaluation standards across departments and comparable impact assessments.
Responsibilities
Intake:
- Evaluate RFC requests and IMT issues
- Collaborate with requestors and technical teams
- Quantify customer impact and validate information
Research and Development:
- Analyze complex systems
- Extract and transform data
- Create predictive models
- Support root cause analysis and solution development
Quantification and Scoring:
- Use tools like CEM, Splunk, Glassbox
- Evaluate impact on processes
- Recommend testing scopes
Pre and Post Revenue/Cost Calculation:
- Generate ROI data for RFCs
- Post-evaluation of CRs
- Analyze datasets for business value insights
Methods Development:
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting
- Standardize impact assessment and ROI methods
- Store and manage assessment data
Recommendations:
- Advise business owners and PMO
- Influence prioritization of RFCs
Managerial Duties:
- Lead operations research analysts
- Identify inefficiencies
- Recommend solutions
