Responsibilities
Main Objectives:
Ensure staffing procedures meet company/client requirements
- Conduct day-to-day Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedure.
- Conduct calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
- Review Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedures, and update where necessary.
- Implement enhancements where needed.
- Recommend recruiting strategies to increase people.
100% On-Time on Headcount Request
- Compute expected applications needed to hire based on average hit rate.
- Conceptualize sourcing plan to cover needed applications.
Reasonable Cost per Hire
- Review cost of sourcing activities.
- Review section cost in terms of office supplies and telephony.
Recruitment Metrics
- Gather data for metrics.
- Compute data based on On-Time, Hit Rate, Cost per Hire, and Conversion Rate.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science with Human Resources emphasis or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 2 years experience in a related field.
