Role: Business Partner II, Corporate Talent Acquisition

General Description:
This position is responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process for open management and professional positions across an entire country or region, covering multiple locations and diverse business functions. Additionally, the role involves consulting and advising hiring managers on the overall hiring process, collaborating on job requisition details, and providing effective candidate assessment and interview techniques.

  1. Recruit for Director-level, Corporate, and Field positions.
  2. Experience recruiting in Marketing, Finance, Operations (Contact Center), IT, HR, Sales, Account Management, and Payroll.
  3. Manage full life-cycle recruiting.
  4. Collaborate with C+ executives and leadership to determine hiring needs and secure approvals.
  5. Utilize recruiting methods (ATS, social media, and other sources) to identify professional talent.
  6. Apply interview and assessment techniques; interpret and analyze results.
  7. Interview potential associates, asking appropriate questions and evaluating responses.
  8. Conduct technical and behavioral interviews/assessments to ensure best job match and associate success.
  9. Structure, negotiate, and deliver complex offer letters for all levels.
  10. Perform hiring tasks (background checks and drug screens) to ensure successful onboarding.
  11. Research recruitment sources and maintain a diverse network of contacts.
  12. Network effectively, including planning and setting marketing goals.
  13. Research competition and understand the local labor market.
  14. Prioritize needs and balance recruiting efforts with site hiring demands.
  15. Understand basic hiring regulations, employment eligibility documentation, and confidentiality requirements.
  16. Ensure compliance with legal and policy standards.
  17. Build and maintain positive relationships with executive leadership, management, associates, peers, the public, and clients.
  18. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4–6 years of experience in volume recruiting/high-paced environments
  • BPO experience (Preferred)
  • Contact Center experience (Preferred)
  • Multi-site/Multi-region experience
